COVID-19 Visitor Update

As always, the protection of our patients and staff is our highest priority.

In accordance with Victoria Government (DHHS) guidelines, a maximum of 2 visitors at one time are allowed in a patient's room.

Visiting Hours: 10:00am - 1:30pm and 3:00pm - 8:00pm

There is a rest period between 1:30pm until 3:00pm.

Compassionate circumstances will be considered on request and will require approval of the General Manager.

We currently have several iPads on our wards which are available for video calls. Our Administration staff will be visiting each patient daily to assist with online video calls. Please talk with our Nurse unit managers if you would like to arrange a video call.

We are receiving new information about COVID-19 everyday, which means that our practices may change quickly. If you have any questions about visiting hours, please call our main reception on (03) 8804 4000.

We apologise for the inconvenience and hardship this may cause, but appreciate your understanding of the need to keep patients as safe as possible during these challenging times.
